Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

First package ever received with the original seal broken and box opened and closed the other way around, although the parcel has not been opened in any customs office (package and packaging were perfect). In strong light screen is very dark, information hard to read. Not very intuitive at first use. The QR code opens a site in... Chinese, I think, but the app can be found on Google Play Store. Use the blue icon app (JYou) , not the orange one (JYou Pro). To connect the watch you need to enable GPS as well, but after it works only with bluetooth. More feedback after several days of testing.

The watch shows the face when you lift the arm or press the Light button. Its very nice. There are only two faces. One more complete with hour, date and bluetooth connection and another that the time is shown. You receive all whatsupp notitications, even if the contact is silenced. It vibrate when there are a new message. . You can´t see the messages content. The watch stores only last seven whatsupp notifications, its accetable for a sportwatch. You receive SMS messagens notifications. When someone is calling the contact name is not shown, only the number. If you don´t remember the calling number you should see the who is calling on the smartphone. The strap is large and is very confortable. Bluetooth connection is very good. It reconnects automatically when the watch come close to the smartphone. The android app is OK. It could be improved to send more personalized notification to the smartwach.

The watch looks good but one of the springs pulled out when I push the button and now it's sunk.
